1): Policy Overview
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy, subject to verification, technical investigation, and the applicable refund conditions. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
2): Refund Policy Rules
- After receiving your request and verifying the status of your hosting service, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process the return. Refunds may take 1-7 working days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
- Refunds are strictly limited to **one per customer** (multiple signups or purchases of multiple hosting services do not qualify for separate refunds).
- Refunds are not granted under any circumstances to accounts closed or suspended due to Terms of Service (TOS) violations.
- Upgrades or downgrades of existing products are non-refundable. The user assumes full responsibility for any self-triggered package changes.
- Refunds are not granted on Domain Registrations, Renewals, or Transfers.
- No refunds are available for hosting purchases completed using a wallet credit balance.
- If a client already owns a product and orders a new package, the refund policy does not apply to the new order.
- No refund will be processed if our support/server team does not detect any active technical issues on your web hosting service.
- No refunds are issued if a service is suspended or terminated (due to bulk email marketing, email abuse, resource misuse, hosting illegal/immoral content, or server overuse).
3): Service Activation & Refund Eligibility
Once a hosting service has been successfully provisioned and the hosting account has been created (including the allocation of login credentials, server resources, cPanel/account access, IP address, or any other service-related resources), a refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because the client requests cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the reason provided by the client. Refund requests based solely on change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of technical knowledge, or personal preference after successful service provisioning do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- The client must provide a genuine and valid reason for requesting a refund.
- If the reason provided is found to be false, misleading, unsupported by evidence, or if our investigation confirms that no such technical or service-related issue exists, the refund request may be declined.
- Our technical investigation, server logs, and service records will be considered the primary evidence when evaluating reported issues.
- If the reported issue is determined to be valid, our technical team will first make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- If, after reasonable troubleshooting and assistance, the issue remains unresolved or the client is still genuinely dissatisfied with the service due to a verified service-related problem, the client may be eligible for a refund according to the applicable refund window.
Meeting the applicable refund window (7 Days / 3 Days) does not automatically guarantee a refund. All refund requests remain subject to the conditions, verification process, technical investigation, and eligibility requirements set forth in this Refund Policy.
Applicable Refund Windows
- Shared Hosting & Cloud Hosting: Up to 7 Days from the original purchase date.
- Reseller Hosting, Master Hosting & Alpha Reseller: Up to 3 Days from the original purchase date.
- Products specifically listed as Non-Refundable (including Domains, VPS Hosting, Root Reseller Hosting, Renewals, Transfers, Upgrades, Wallet purchases, and other excluded services) remain non-refundable.
HostLegio reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on this Refund Policy, technical investigation, supporting evidence, and applicable laws. This policy is intended to prevent fraudulent, abusive, or false refund requests while ensuring fair treatment for genuine customers experiencing verified service-related issues.
4): Tax & Convenience Charges
Important Note: We will not refund taxes, transaction charges, payment gateway processing fees, or convenience charges. These are parsed directly by third-party processors and remain non-refundable.

Standard processing fees are deducted by our gateways when returning transaction amounts to their sources:
