On 26 January 2021, the journey began with the launch of IntecHost.
There were no big investments. No large team. No shortcuts. Only one dream—to build a reliable hosting company where customers could genuinely trust the service they purchased.
The early days were filled with learning Linux servers, solving technical issues, answering support tickets personally, improving services every single day, and continuously investing back into the business.
Every new customer felt like a huge achievement. Every problem solved became experience. Every sleepless night became another step forward.
For more than 4 years, IntecHost continued serving customers while constantly evolving. The company became the foundation that taught us everything about hosting, infrastructure, customer support, business operations, and long-term relationships.
After successfully completing that incredible chapter, IntecHost was proudly acquired in August 2025. It wasn't the end of the journey. It was proof that years of dedication had created something valuable enough for someone else to continue. That successful exit gave us confidence to focus entirely on building an even bigger future through GreatHost.
While IntecHost continued growing successfully, we believed our journey had only just begun.
On 17 November 2022, GreatHost.in was officially registered.
The goal wasn't to replace IntecHost. Instead, we wanted to build a second brand with bigger ambitions, modern technology, better infrastructure, and a long-term vision.
For several years both companies continued running side by side. Every day was dedicated to learning, experimenting, improving infrastructure, redesigning services, and preparing GreatHost for its future.
Although nobody knew what the future would look like, one thing remained constant—Never stop improving.
After 102 Days of preparation, continuous frontend improvements, backend setup, product refinements, bug fixes, and endless late nights... The moment finally arrived.
On 27 February 2023, GreatHost received its very first customer. Not from our own city. Not even from our own country.
The very first customer came from South Korea and purchased a hosting plan worth $8.25.
That payment wasn't just our first sale. It was proof that someone thousands of kilometers away trusted a completely new company. That one notification became one of the happiest moments in our journey. It reminded us that every hour of hard work had meaning.
As GreatHost slowly started growing, our affiliate partners also became an important part of our journey. Their trust, recommendations, and support helped introduce GreatHost to customers across the world and accelerated our early growth.
South Korea Connection
By 2024, GreatHost had proudly crossed 200+ happy clients worldwide.
With growth came greater responsibility. Our servers were upgraded. Infrastructure became stronger. Performance improved significantly.
This year also marked the beginning of several exciting services. We officially launched our Reseller Hosting Platform, allowing agencies, developers, and entrepreneurs to build their own hosting businesses using our infrastructure.
At the same time, we manually introduced Offshore Hosting. Since everything was carefully deployed by hand, every order received special attention. The response was overwhelmingly positive and Offshore Hosting quickly became one of our fastest-growing services.
We also introduced Windows Hosting through a manually managed and limited rollout. Even though availability was limited, customer demand exceeded expectations and the service generated excellent sales.
Every upgrade brought challenges—server migrations, unexpected issues, late-night maintenance, infrastructure optimization. But every obstacle made GreatHost stronger.
By 2025, GreatHost was rapidly approaching 500+ active clients.
Years of continuous improvements had finally started showing results. The website received a complete redesign. Frontend became faster. User experience improved. Infrastructure became significantly more stable. Support became smoother. Operations became stronger.
This year also became one of the most emotional moments in our journey. After successfully operating IntecHost for more than four years, we proudly completed its journey by successfully selling the company in August 2025. The business that started our dream had completed its mission. Now every ounce of energy was dedicated to GreatHost.
Another unforgettable milestone arrived when HostAdvice recognized GreatHost among the Top 25 Offshore Hosting Providers of 2025. Receiving an international award validated years of hard work, customer trust, and our commitment to quality.
On 27 June 2026, GreatHost proudly crossed the milestone of 1,000+ active clients.
This wasn't just another number. It represented thousands of support conversations, thousands of deployments, thousands of hours of learning, and thousands of moments where customers trusted us with their businesses.
This year also became our biggest technological leap. Using modern AI-assisted workflows, we completely redesigned our frontend experience. Every page became cleaner, faster, modern, and interactive.
We also achieved something we had dreamed about for years: instead of depending on WHMCS forever, we successfully developed our own Custom Web Hosting CRM, allowing GreatHost to become completely independent and innovate without limitations.
